Yun Hardiman joined Contineum Therapeutics in June 2025 as Vice President, Head of Biometrics. She brings over 25 years of clinical experience leading biometrics group including successful NDA/BLA submissions and marketing approvals in various therapeutics areas including immunology, gastroenterology, neurology, and oncology.
Before joining Contineum, Yun held leadership roles at Veristat as Vice President, Global Biometrics FSP and Statistical Programming groups. Prior to that, she was a Vice President, Global Biometrics FSP at Parexel where she successfully built and led the team of 450 biostatisticians, statistical programmers, and supported the regulatory approvals for multiple therapeutic areas – Neurology and Oncology.
She also held leadership roles at Santarus and Sangart as Director, Biometrics – San Diego based biopharmaceutical companies. During the Santarus years, she worked on eight successful NDA/BLA submissions to the regulatory authorities, defending data for approvals: Ruconest®, Uceris®, and Zegerid®.
Yun earned her MBA from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Rady School of Management and MS Statistics from San Diego State University. She is passionate about advancing science-driven regulatory frameworks, mentoring early-career professionals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Currently, she is serving as Senior Advisor for a Pro Bono Vistage on Campus Program at UCSD Rady School of Management.
