Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 (LPAR1) antagonist

Development of a potential best-in-class therapy in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and chronic pain.

M1 muscarinic receptor (M1R) antagonist

Development of a potential first-in-class therapy for major depressive disorder (MDD) in collaboration with Janssen Pharmaceutica NV, a Johnson & Johnson company.
